Hi! I'm Catie with RallyUp, and today I'm gonna walk you through how to find donor information. You can do this from Donor Profiles, which are basically a one-stop shop for any information that you need to look up for any donor across any Campaign. And I'm gonna walk you through it. So when you log in to your RallyUp account, you'll go to Donor Profiles in the left menu. And the first thing you'll see are these quick stats at the very top of the page. Total supporters includes donors, Peer-to-Peer Participants, promoters, which is anyone that signed up for a sharing rewards program for a Raffle or Sweepstakes, and then pre-registrants, which is anyone that has pre-registered for a Campaign before it started. And you can filter supporters by supporter type, and you can also search by name. And you'll see a list of your supporters. Each column, you can sort your supporters however you need. So you can do that by name, by how many Campaigns that they've participated in, whatever information you need to find quickly. And so I am going to click on one of these supporters and pull up their profile. So again, you'll see quick stats at the top of the page: how long they've been supporting you, the first time they were seen, last time they were seen, total number of donations made, and the total amount of all of those donations together. Then you'll see supporter information, which is their contact info. So their address, phone number, email address. And then you'll see a list of donations that are sorted into one-time and recurring donations. And again, you have these columns, and you can use them to sort your information however you need. And then you also have an activity timeline on the right, and this includes all donations, emails, Peer-to-Peer registrations, promoter sign-ups, recurring donations, and pre-registrations. And then another really cool thing about Donor Profiles is the email capabilities. So I wanna show you all that real quick. So if you need to email multiple supporters, you can do that here. You can select everyone. You can select just a few. And then write and send your email. And then if you want to email a specific supporter, you can do that as well. And then in the activity timeline, you can view all emails that were sent, check their status. You can view the email itself. And if you need to resend an email, you can do that easily.
