Every bid, donation, purchase and pledge a guest makes during the night lands on one running balance, and that balance settles with one charge instead of a separate transaction for each activity. It works like a bar tab: guests enjoy the event, and payment happens once.
Automated Checkout charges each guest’s Event Balance at a time you choose, so nobody has to stand in a checkout line. RallyUp gives you three ways to close out the night: Automated, where balances are charged automatically at your chosen time; Self-Checkout, where guests pay from an email or mobile link; and Manual, where your team settles a balance with the guest. You can use more than one in the same event.
