Yes. RallyUp uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data and transactions, and we are PCI Level 1 compliant. Our platform is built to ensure the safety and privacy of both fundraisers and donors.
RallyUp offers two pricing plans: Free and Flex. Both give you full access to all site features without a subscription or contract.
Our Free plan allows you to run an Auction without paying a Platform Fee. Instead, donors can optionally leave a tip for RallyUp at checkout. These tips cover our operation costs so we can continue to provide you with the best platform and service.
If you want to disable Donor Tipping, you can opt for our Flex Plan and pay a small Platform Fee that’s deducted from the amount raised. The fee for high-value Auction items is capped at $100.
