RallyUp has made it simple for Auction bidders to stay in the game when they’re outbid, with the ability to increase bid amounts in just a few steps. You’ll receive an email notification with a link you can follow to update your bid.
How do I increase my Auction bid after being outbid?
- Open the outbid email and select BID AGAIN:
This will take you directly to checkout with a new bid amount pre-selected for you (the pre-selected amount is the lowest amount you can bid to stay in the lead).
- If you want to change the bid amount, select Edit, enter the new bid amount, and select Save:
- Select Update bids.
- Review the payment summary to make sure your information is correct, then select Submit bid.
What other ways can I update my bid?
- You can also enable text messaging (SMS) alerts to receive a notification when you’ve been outbid on an item. You can tap the link in the text message and follow the steps above.
- If you’re logged in to your RallyUp account, you can also make edits to your bid directly from the Auction Page. Select Edit bid on the item to increase the bid amount.
- Only you can increase your bids. Auction organizers can’t do it for you.
