What are Campaign tabs and how do they work?
The Campaign details and fundraising Components are all located under the Home tab. If you’re running an A-Thon or have enabled Peer-to-Peer, a Participants and/or Teams tab will also appear. If you add FAQs or post Updates, they’ll appear under their own tabs as well:
How does Campaign Page navigation work on mobile devices?
If your donors access your Campaign using a tablet, they can navigate through your Campaign the same way they would on a desktop. If they use a phone, they can navigate through your Campaign using a sticky Navigate dropdown and More ways to raise button.

No, RallyUp Campaign Pages are designed so donors can easily jump from section to section using buttons and tabs instead of scrolling. This makes it quick and easy for donors to find the specific fundraising Components they’re interested in.
What happens when donors click the call-to-action button?
When donors click the call-to-action button in your Campaign Page banner, a pop-up appears allowing them to select which fundraising Component they want to explore. The options displayed depend on your Campaign settings and which Components you’ve enabled.
What tabs appear on my Campaign Page?
The Home tab contains your Campaign details and fundraising Components. Additional tabs appear based on your Campaign settings: a Participants and/or Teams tab for A-Thon or Peer-to-Peer Campaigns, and separate tabs for FAQs and Updates if you’ve added them.
How do donors navigate on mobile phones vs tablets?
Tablet users navigate the same way as desktop users with buttons and tabs. Phone users have a sticky Navigate dropdown menu and a “More ways to raise” button that make it easy to access all Campaign Components on smaller screens.
Can I customize which Components appear in the navigation?
The navigation options that appear to donors depend on which fundraising Components you’ve enabled in your Campaign settings. Only the Components you’ve activated will show up in the call-to-action pop-up and Component buttons.
