How-to: Update or Cancel Your Recurring Donation

Modify or delete your recurring donation from your RallyUp account.

If you need to update or cancel a recurring donation for any reason, you can do so anytime by logging into your RallyUp account.

Update Your Donation

1. Go to rallyup.com and log in with the email address you used to make the donation.
2. Click on the circle with your initials in the upper right corner of the screen and select My Account.
3. Select the My Donations tab, then select Recurring:

4. Hover your mouse over the donation you wish to edit and click on the three-dot menu on the right:

5. Select Edit Donation* to change the donation amount, frequency, or credit card.
6. Select Save:

Cancel Your Donation

1. Go to rallyup.com and log in with the email address you used to make the donation.
2. Click on the circle with your initials in the upper right corner of the screen and select My Account.
3. Select the My Donations tab, then select Recurring:

4. Hover your mouse over the donation you wish to edit and click on the three-dot menu on the right:

5. Select Cancel Donation*.
6. To confirm that you want to cancel all future payments for this recurring donation, select Cancel donation:

Good to Know

• Canceling a recurring donation will only stop future recurring donations from being made. It will not cancel or refund any previous payments that have already been made.
• If you do not already have a RallyUp account, you can create one using the same email address used when donating. Rest assured that your private information is safe with us; you’ll never receive any marketing emails from RallyUp, nor will we ever sell any private data provided by our donors.
