Access and export reports on RallyUp — including Campaign-level reports for individual fundraisers and organization-level reports that pull data across all your Campaigns.
Hi! I’m Catie with RallyUp, and today I’m going to walk you through how to access your reports. Now in RallyUp, you can access two different levels of reports. You can access Campaign reports for specific Campaigns, and then organization-level reports for information that goes across all of your Campaigns. And I am going to walk you through Campaign-level reporting first. So first, you’ll log in to your RallyUp account and go to Campaigns in the left menu. And then you will select the Campaign that you want to view a report for. And then once you’re in your Campaign Management Menu, you’ll see lots of different reporting options. And the options that you see will depend on your Campaign settings. So, like, the Components that you’ve enabled, the terminology that you’ve chosen, et cetera. So I am going to show you an example. Here’s the View Donations report. And as you can see, when you click on it, you immediately receive information about donations that have been made to this Campaign. And you can sort this information by different columns. You can add filters. You can search for specific donations. And then some reports will have these different tabs. So here, you can look at donation information, donor information, and then there’s also a ledger that shows the funds flowing in and out of your fundraiser for accounting purposes. And then each report is going to have export options. So if you click on this, you’ll see that we are going to email a report to the email address associated with your account. And then when you receive that email, you will download your report. And here is an example. So as you can see, this downloaded report includes much more information than what you saw at first glance. And it’s downloaded as a CSV file, so you can save it to Excel or Google Sheets, do any conditional formatting, any adjustments that you need to get the information that you’re looking for. And then I’m gonna show you how to access your organization-level reports. So what you’ll do is go back to your left menu, and you will select Reports. And as you can see, there will be different options represented. So Key Reports is like, really common information that people are looking for, so like donations, donors, Peer-to-Peer Participants and Teams. Then you have Focused Reports, which are a little more specific. So, like, Raffle winners from all your Campaigns, Auction items, event attendees, any inactive donors that have dropped off, things like that. And I’m going to show you an example of a donation organization-level report. So as you can see, you have these quick stats up at the top, but you also have all of these columns that you can sort or filter however you need. And then a very cool thing is that you can edit the columns that you see. So you can add or remove columns as you need to get the specific in information that you’re looking for, and you can, like, even put them in a different order. And then if you save your edited report, you will find it as a Custom View. So you can go back to it and rerun it whenever you need. And here is an example of a custom report. So as you can see, more specific columns that are addressing a specific need. And then, of course, all of your organization-level reports can also be exported and saved as an Excel or Google Sheet file. And that is how you access your organization-level and Campaign-level reports on RallyUp! Thank you so much for watching, and I’ll see you in the next video.
