Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I share my Campaign in draft mode?

Sharing your draft Campaign allows you to receive feedback and make necessary changes before going live. This is especially important because not all features can be edited after publishing, so reviewing your setup helps ensure everything works correctly.

Who can see my draft Campaign?

Only people with whom you share the draft link can view your Campaign. The draft is not publicly accessible or searchable, so you maintain complete control over who sees it before launch.

Can people make donations to my draft Campaign?

No, donations made through the draft link are test transactions only and will not process real payments. Make sure not to share the draft link with actual supporters, as they won’t be able to make real donations.

You can use the draft link to review your Campaign setup, share it with colleagues for feedback, make test transactions to verify checkout works properly, and ensure all features and settings are configured correctly.

Can I edit my Campaign after publishing?

Yes, but not all features are editable after publishing. That’s why reviewing your Campaign in Draft Mode before going live is important. Check which settings can and cannot be changed after launch by reviewing the Campaign update guidelines:
