Delete any of your unpublished draft Campaigns.
Which Campaigns can be deleted?
RallyUp allows you to delete any Campaign that hasn’t yet been published.
How do I delete a Campaign?
- Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen a list view, hover your mouse over the Campaign title and click on the three-dot icon to the right. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the three-dot icon under the Campaign image.
- Select Delete.
What if I can’t delete my Campaign?
Only draft Campaigns can be deleted. If your Campaign has ended or was cancelled, you can archive it instead: How to Archive a Completed or Cancelled Campaign. Additionally, only the individual who created the Campaign can delete it. If the Delete option is not available when you complete the steps above, you’ll need to contact the person who created the Campaign and ask them to delete it.

No, only unpublished draft Campaigns can be deleted. Once a Campaign has been published, you cannot delete it even if it has ended or been cancelled.
What should I do with completed or cancelled Campaigns?

Why can’t I see the Delete option for my Campaign?
Only the individual who originally created the Campaign can delete it. If you don’t see the Delete option when you click the three-dot menu, you’ll need to contact the person who created the Campaign and ask them to delete it.
What happens to Campaign data when I delete a draft?
When you delete an unpublished draft Campaign, all of its setup information is permanently removed. Since draft Campaigns haven’t been published, there are no donations or transactions to preserve.
Can I recover a Campaign after deleting it?
No, once a draft Campaign is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you’re certain before deleting, or consider keeping the draft for future reference if you might want to reuse its setup.
