Will my campaign be built by AI?

Nope! It’s friendly people who have worked in fundraising. True experts who care.

What do you need from me?

All you need to do is answer a few questions! We get your Campaign to you in typically one business day (unless it falls on a weekend or holiday).

Upload media if you have it, such as your logo and a banner image. If applicable, add a prize/item image. If you don’t have images, we’ll create them for you. (Note for prize/item images, if you have multiple items such as an auction with 10 items, we’ll do the first item and you can add the rest before launch.)

How long does it take for Rally up to set up my Campaign?

It takes typically 1 business day for our experts to set up your Campaign (unless we need to request additional information – remember, the more information you provide the more accurate your campaign will be and the faster it will be delivered). If it falls near a weekend or holiday, it may take a little longer.

Why would you do this for free?

When you raise funds, RallyUp wins too. By creating your campaign for free, we’re helping you, the cause you serve, and RallyUp!

There must be some kind of catch here, right?

Once again, nope! Fundraising on RallyUp is free. We don’t have a subscription plan or a monthly fee. We don’t have contracts. We don’t make you tell a salesperson how much money you can spend.

What if I’m already committed to another fundraising platform?

You can keep your current contract or commitment with another platform, and still use RallyUp for this fundraiser. We’ll still create it for free. And we’ll still be super excited to see you rock it.

Can I make changes to my campaign after it’s been set up?

Absolutely! We’ll create it and hand it off to you. After that, all post-delivery updates are in your hands to customize, manage, and tailor however you like for the perfect fundraiser. Remember to add any extra images and media you would like to your Campaign.

What do I need to do?

If you want extra items, you’ll need to add them yourself. For example, if you have an Auction with 10 items. We’ll only add the first one, to get you started. You’ll need to add the rest. This applies to Auctions items, Raffle prizes, Storefront items, etc.  
 
We’ll make you custom images and write custom copy. If you later want more images, video, etc., it’s a snap for you to add whatever you like. If at some point you want to change the text that’s easy for you to do.  
  
Or maybe later you’ll decide to add a fundraising component, like a Raffle, or a Storefront. You can add to your campaign any time to maximize fundraising results.
