How-to: See If Your Funds Have Been Sent Yet (Donor Advised Funds)

Check the status of your funds after your Campaign has ended.

What are Donor Advised Funds and how do they work?

RallyUp has partnered with Pledge and GivingStream to collect and distribute funds on behalf of those who can’t set up a Stripe or PayPal account. Both Pledge and GivingStream have a waiting period before funds are distributed to allow refunds and credit card disputes, if any, to be processed.

If you decide to use a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), you won’t be able to choose between Pledge or GivingStream. Instead, our system will automatically determine which DAF you’re eligible for based on your organization information. Learn more here: Understand: Donor Advised Funds (DAFs).

How do I check my fund status if I’m using Pledge?

If you’ve been approved to use Pledge, funds will automatically be delivered to the organization(s) within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. You won’t need to notify Pledge manually. To check your funds withdrawal status, contact Pledge’s customer service team.

How do I check my fund status if I’m using GivingStream?

GivingStream will be automatically notified when your Campaign ends. Funds will be sent to the beneficiary organization after a 90-day holding period.

To check your funds withdrawal status, contact GivingStream’s customer service team.
