How-to: Resend Auction Winner Receipts

Resend receipts to Auction winners when the original receipts are lost or not received.

Why would I need to resend Auction winner receipts?

Auction winner receipts could be tax receipts if you included the item’s fair market value. Sometimes the winners will misplace the email, or it will be routed to their spam folder, depending on their email settings. If this happens, you can resend the receipt to the winner anytime.

How do I resend an Auction winner receipt

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have selected a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select View Auction Winners*.
  4. Hover your mouse over the line with the winner you’re looking for, and click on the three-dot menu on the right.
  5. Select Resend Winner Email.
  6. Select Resend. If you want to change the email address, enter the new address before resending:
