Each donor receives a confirmation email after making a successful donation, which includes a thank-you message from you. RallyUp automatically provides a default message, but customizing this note is a great way to let donors know they’re appreciated, explain how their donation will be used, and share any other important information.
How do I customize the thank-you message to donors?
- Go to Account Navigation in the left menu and select Campaigns.
- If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
- Select Campaign Setup.
- Go to Checkout in the timeline at the top.
- Scroll down to Optional settings and select Show optional settings.
- Scroll down to Customize the “thank you” wording that displays in donor receipts and confirmation emails and enter your message:

- Select Save.
