Customize the thank you message sent to Participants and Teams when they register for your fundraiser.
When you add Peer-to-Peer or an A-Thon to your RallyUp Campaign, Participants* and/or Teams* will be sent a welcome email when they register. If you enable Personal Fundraising Pages, this email will also include instructions on how to view, edit, and share their Fundraising Page.
*Terminology may differ depending on Campaign settings.
How do I edit the welcome email?
- Go to Account Navigation in the left menu and select Campaigns.
- If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
- Select Campaign Setup.
- Go to Options in the timeline at the top and select Peer-to-Peer Options.
- Scroll down to Customize the email sent to new Participants/Teams and format the text as desired. You can even add pictures, links, and bulleted lists:

- Select SAVE.
Can I personalize the welcome email for each Participant or Team?
You can use the merge fields {FirstName} and {LastName} to automatically personalize each email.
