Can you explain the pricing options in more detail?
You can run the wide array of fundraising features in RallyUp (see “RallyUp” in the table above) for free with Donor Tipping. Because Donor Tipping is enabled by default, you don’t pay any Platform Fee.
If you don’t want to ask donors to tip, you can opt to pay a 7.5% Platform Fee. You can choose either Donor Tipping or a Platform Fee for each fundraising Experience you run. To learn more, see this Knowledge Base article, Understand: The RallyUp Experience Pricing Options.
Per the table above, you can add Premium Features” for a subscription fee of $99/month. We call this RallyUp+. It’s month-to-month and easy to cancel at any time – there’s no annual or long-term commitment. You have the same flexibility to choose Donor Tipping or a Platform Fee for each experience.
Can any organization sign up for Premium Features?
Any small group, nonprofit, or for-profit organization based in the US or Canada can sign up. RallyUp+ will be available in many more countries soon.

If I have an email marketing solution, do I need the RallyUp Email Engine?
If you’re already using ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, or another email marketing solution that integrates with RallyUp, you probably don’t need the RallyUp Email Engine. You can fully integrate all your donor data into your email marketing automation.
If you need an email solution and have added Premium Features, then the RallyUp Email Engine may be your dream solution. It’s built right into Rallyup, adds exclusive functionality (e.g., e-commerce integration with your RallyUp Store), and has competitive monthly pricing. It adds automations, drips, and other tools to grow your donor base and donations.
I don’t want to ask donors to tip. Can I turn off Donor Tipping?
If you don’t want to ask donors to tip, you can turn off Donor Tipping by paying a 7.5% Platform Fee. The Platform Fee covers RallyUp’s operating costs.
Can I run an Auction for free?
Yes! If you run an Auction and one other Activity with Donor Tipping enabled, your Auction is free. To do this, add a Raffle, Sweepstakes, A-Thon, Crowdfunding, Store, or Events and Ticketing.
If you want to run an Auction-only fundraiser without adding another Activity, you’ll need to pay a 7.5% Platform Fee. This fee is capped at $100 per item, so your organization will keep more of the proceeds from high-value auction items.
Will I be charged payment processing fees?
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) accept a variety of payment types for donor contributions. Payment processors charge a processing fee on each transaction, commonly from 1.9% to 2.9%, plus $0.30 per transaction. This will vary based on your arrangement with the payment processor. 501(c)3 organizations can apply to the payment processor to receive a nonprofit discount.
All transactions are subject to payment processing fees, regardless of which RallyUp plan you use. RallyUp does not receive any portion of the payment processing fees, and we do not add any charges for payment processing. You pay exactly what the processor charges, and nothing more.
