If a charity organization you’re supporting is hosting a Raffle or Sweepstakes on RallyUp, you can purchase entries online instead of in person. This means you won’t receive paper tickets like you would at an in-person fundraiser. Instead, RallyUp automatically assigns entry numbers to your purchase and includes these entry numbers in your email receipt.
Do I need to print my Raffle or Sweepstakes entries?
You can print out this email if you prefer to have a hard copy on hand, but you likely won’t need to. If you win the drawing, you’ll either receive an automated email from RallyUp or the organization will reach out to you directly.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my entry receipt?
If you don’t receive an email receipt after you purchase entries, first make sure you’re using the same email address you used to check out, then check your spam or junk folder.
