How-to: Log A-Thon or Peer-to-Peer Activity as a Participant

Enter your A-Thon or Peer-to-Peer activity to keep track of your progress.

When you participate in an A-Thon or Peer-to-Peer fundraiser, you’ll need to log your activity so that RallyUp can calculate how much you raised. You can log your activity on an ongoing basis or all at once.


How do I log my activity as a Participant?

  1. Go to rallyup.com and create or log into your account.
  2. Click on the circle with your initials in the upper right corner of the screen, then select My Account.
  3. Select the My Participants tab:

  1. Find the Campaign you’re fundraising for, then click on your name.
  2. Select LOG (ACTIVITY)*:

  1. Enter the activity details, then select either Save & Close or Save & Add Another:

*Terminology may differ according to Campaign settings.


What should I know about logging Participant activity?

  • If you plan to enter all your activity details at once, we recommend keeping a record of your activity during the fundraiser so that you don’t forget anything.
  • Contact the organizer with any questions about logging your activity. You can do so by going to the Campaign Page and selecting the button in the bottom right corner labeled “Contact Organizer”:

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I log my A-Thon or Peer-to-Peer activity?

You can log your activity on an ongoing basis throughout the fundraiser or enter it all at once at the end. If you plan to log everything at once, keep a detailed record during the fundraiser so you don’t forget any activities.

Where can I see my logged activity as a Participant?

You can view your logged activity by going to your account, selecting the My Participants tab, clicking on your name under the Campaign you’re fundraising for, and reviewing your activity entries.

Can I edit or delete activity I’ve already logged?

Yes, you can manage your logged activities through your Participant dashboard. Access your account, go to the My Participants tab, select your name under the relevant Campaign, and you’ll be able to edit or remove activity entries.

What if I have questions about how to log my activity?

Contact the Campaign organizer directly with any questions about logging activity. You can reach them by going to the Campaign Page and selecting the “Contact Organizer” button in the bottom right corner.

Does the terminology for logging activity differ between Campaigns?

Yes, the terminology may vary depending on how the Campaign organizer configured the settings. For example, the button might say “LOG LAPS” or “LOG MILES” instead of “LOG ACTIVITY” based on the Campaign’s specific activity type.
