How-to: Find an Attendee’s Livestream Access Code

Look up a Livestream attendee’s access code if it gets lost.

What is a Livestream access code?

When donors pay to view a Livestream, they’re given a code that will allow them to access the Livestream when it starts. If an attendee can’t locate their access code, they can contact your team through the Contact Organizer button on your Campaign Page, and you can look it up for them.

How do I look up an attendee’s Livestream access code?

  1. Select Campaigns from the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have selected a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select View Ticket Registrations*.
  4. Search for the attendee by name and locate their access code:

Frequently Asked Questions

When do attendees receive their Livestream access code?

Attendees receive their Livestream access code immediately after purchasing their ticket or paying to view the Livestream. The code is included in their confirmation email and on their confirmation page.

What should attendees do if they can’t find their access code?

Attendees should first check their confirmation email and spam/junk folder. If they still can’t locate their code, they can contact your team through the Contact Organizer button on your Campaign Page, and you can look it up for them.

Can I resend an attendee’s access code to them?

While you can look up access codes in your ticket registrations, the best way to provide the code to an attendee is to locate it in your system and share it directly with them via email or message.

Do all Livestreams require access codes?

No, only gated Livestreams that require payment to view use access codes. If your Livestream is open to everyone without a ticket purchase, attendees won’t need an access code to watch.

Can multiple people use the same Livestream access code?

Each access code is tied to an individual ticket purchase. While technically possible for multiple people to use the same code, this may violate your event terms and reduce revenue from ticket sales.
