How-to: Change Your Raffle or Sweepstakes Entry Pricing

Update or delete the entry levels for your Raffle or Sweepstakes.

You can change your Raffle or Sweepstakes entry levels as long as no one has purchased entries at that level yet. You can change the number of entries (chances to win) for each level, as well as the donation amount. Once someone has purchased entries at a certain entry level, it becomes disabled and can no longer be edited or deleted.

Before You Begin

  • Once someone has purchased entries at a certain entry level, it will become disabled in your setup menu and can no longer be edited or deleted. When the buttons are disabled, the text will become gray, and you will not be able to click on it.
  • We recommend making sure your entry levels are set up exactly as you want them before publishing your fundraiser. You can preview your fundraiser at any time before publishing.

How do I edit or delete entry levels?

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select Campaign Setup*.
  4. Go to Raffle/Sweepstakes in the timeline at the top.
  5. Scroll down to Set the number of entries for each donation amount.
  6. Find the entry level you want to edit or delete and select Edit or Delete:

Can I change entry levels after someone has purchased entries?

No, once someone has purchased entries at a certain entry level, it becomes disabled and can no longer be edited or deleted. The buttons will appear grayed out and unclickable in your setup menu.

What happens if I delete an entry level?

If you delete an entry level that no one has purchased yet, it will be completely removed from your Campaign. Donors will no longer see that entry level as an option when purchasing entries.
