Imagine this: you just ran a Raffle or Sweepstakes with the most irresistible prize(s) that had donors flocking to your fundraiser. Now it is the time everyone has been waiting for – the drawing of the lucky winner(s)!
On RallyUp there are many ways you can creatively draw your prize winners:
- You can use the RallyUp randomization algorithm to draw your winners for you (we like to call this the fair and ethical approach). You can pre-set a drawing date or do it when you’re ready.
- You can draw your winners manually. This approach can only be used for Raffles and not Sweepstakes (sorry! Our hands are tied by the Sweepstakes rules and regulations).
- You can jump on a Livestream and announce your winner(s) live! Add a fun countdown clock, an online spinning wheel, get your winner(s) on the phone, print and pull the winning names out of a hat, even blast confetti everywhere while you do it (hey, confetti is always a good idea)!

Go to Experience Setup and select Raffle or Sweepstakes in the timeline at the top:
Scroll down to When does your Raffle/Sweepstakes end? and enter the date and time of the drawing:
Scroll down to How do you want to draw the winner(s)? and select your preferred drawing method:
