How-to: Add FAQs to Your Campaign Page

Add an FAQ section to your Campaign Page to address common questions from donors.

Adding FAQs is a helpful way to pre-emptively answer questions your supporters are likely to ask. Donors may be more willing to participate in your fundraiser if they understand how it works. This may also reduce the volume of direct inquiries you receive from potential and existing supporters.

FAQs can be added to any Campaign, and you can add as many as you need even while your fundraiser is live.


How do I add FAQs to my Campaign Page?

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select Campaign Setup.
  4. Go to Options in the timeline at the top and select Campaign Options.
  5. Scroll down to Add FAQs to your Campaign Page and select CREATE AN FAQ:

  1. Enter the question and answer, then select SAVE.

How do donors view FAQs on my Campaign Page?

Donors can view all FAQs in the FAQ tab displayed on your Campaign Page:

Yes, you can add, edit, or remove FAQs at any time, even while your Campaign is actively running. This allows you to respond to common questions as they arise during your fundraiser.

How many FAQs can I add to my Campaign?

You can add as many FAQs as needed to address your donors’ questions. There’s no limit to the number of FAQs you can create for your Campaign Page.

Where do FAQs appear on my Campaign Page?

FAQs appear in a dedicated FAQ tab on your Campaign Page, making them easy for donors to find and browse through all available questions and answers.

What types of questions should I include in my FAQs?

Include questions about how your fundraiser works, prize details, entry methods, timing, shipping information, tax receipts, refund policies, and any other common concerns specific to your Campaign type.
